At Gozavvermiâ„¢, we are committed to providing premium vermicompost, healthy Red Wiggler worms, and exceptional customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

To request a return, please contact our customer support before sending your order back.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Live Red Wiggler worms.
  • Opened or used vermicompost.
  • Products damaged through improper storage or misuse.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the product.
  • Photos of the shipping package.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We'll gladly replace the item or provide a full refund when appropriate.


Live Worm Shipping Guarantee

We carefully package every shipment of Red Wiggler worms to help ensure they arrive healthy and active.

If your worms arrive dead or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the shipment. After review, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund when applicable.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our return policy if eligible.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The item is defective due to a manufacturing issue.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
